Yoga, Fitness, Music & Mindful Local Biz: StapletOM Yoga and Music Festival 2015 was a powerful collaboration of everything we love! The festival launched with a sensational Friday evening ‘Glowga’ party and continued all day Saturday with a nonstop, back-to-back line up. The Denver community united for a blast of inspiration and connection on The Green in Stapleton.
This yoga and music festival included a well-composed collection of Denver’s best yoga and fitness instructors. There were many class formats to explore from meditation, vinyasa yoga and kid’s yoga, to yoga sculpt, bootcamp, barre and Zumba. The yoga sculpt class used canned goods as weights and donated the cans to Off The Mat Colorado. Those are some extra special canned goods infused with high energy and lots of yoga sculpt love!
Saturday classes closed out with a beautiful yoga movement performance by The Freyja Project. Both Friday and Saturday evening featured engaging live music performers.
StapletOM 2015 had a very special energy. The event was well attended, yet I didn’t feel lost in the crowd. I enjoyed connecting with new and old friends. I’m grateful for the opportunity to engage with local business owners and leaders dedicated to supporting the community and leading environmentally conscious businesses. I cherish these moments because I always get a chill when I hear, in-person, their passionate ‘why’ and how they continue to grow through their ingenuity and the support and inspiration of the people that surround them.
Thank you StapletOM founders, organizers, sponsors, instructors, musicians, partners and vendors! Watch the video below to get a peek at event highlights and interviews. I cannot wait until next year!!!
