Welcome back, warm weather and a myriad of springtime pop-up workouts in Denver. Whether you’ve been getting back on the Platte River Trail for long bike rides or short run, or maybe you’ve just been enjoying the longer days on a patio with some beer, there’s no denying that the change of season brings with it the urge to introduce something new into your life. If you’ve been following this column for a few months now, then you know I’m all about exploring the Denver fitness community on the cheap.
