Happy fall! It’s official, we’ve had our first snow and fall is in full swing. We hope as you’ve been settling into this season, you’ve added some fun fitness to your routine. Lots of studios are doing October challenges so now is the perfect time to start a membership or class pack if you’ve been considering it. Be sure to check in with your favorite studios! Here are a handful of low-cost October fitness events to add a little extra (pumpkin) spice to your month!

The KETTLEBELLS 4 KIDS workout or WOD is a 9 minuet AMRAP of 9 KB swings, 9 burpees, 9 KB swings, 9 box jumps. This WOD is challenging and accessible to everyone and for an important cause.
