It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Here’s a potpourri of cheap, pop-up, and freebie classes to keep you burning this December. Take a loved one or take only yourself, but just remember to take care of yourself during the holiday season — Getting active is a great way to do that!

Head over to Blue Moon after a FitLo Passport class at barre3 Highlands Ranch, and end your fitness-centric day by exploring RiNo’s other breweries. More info.
Holiday Open House @ RTR Pilates Highlands Ranch
(Sunday, December 17th, 1:30 pm): Pilates can be intimidating, so there’s no better way to get introduced, learn new modification, or enjoy a refresher than with Kristie Frazier’s class. More info.
Pro Tip of the Month
Got a favorite studio? How about 10 favorite studios? One of my favorite ways to find out about unique events and community classes is by signing up to studios’ email lists. You’ll often be the first to hear about discounts, freebies, one-time events, or even book clubs (shout out to BIG Power Yoga Denver’s most recent email).

I get it. It’s also the busiest time of year! Check out the FitLo #DenverFitmas Instagram Challenge on Instagram. Each day, from Dec 1 -14, a different local fitness or yoga expert will share a mini workout that can be done from anywhere and anytime without any equipment. You call the shots and make ‘The Holiday Popup’ happen where ever you want! And, yes, it’s 100% free. Go to the FitLo Denver Instagram Profile to take a peek at the videos featuring the workouts. Each post will provide explanation on how to do the workout. Do the workouts on your own, or post a pic or video doing the workout, and you will be entered to win daily and grand prizes! Also, be ready for a whole lot of kudos, encouragement and hearts from FitLo Ambassadors. Read the #DenverFitmas Challenge Blog to get the lowdown on how it all works.
