Big Power Yoga Flow @ Odell Brewing (Sat, Feb. 2 10:30 am): Enjoy an hour of yoga followed by brews and beer-mosas. FREE
Blunt Force Workout @ Just Be Kitchen (Sun, Feb. 3 10 am): Blunt Force Training hosts a 50-minute hour of total body bootcamp at Just Be Kitchen followed by brunch deals. If you have yet to visit this local gym or downtown paleo-fave, this event is a must. FREE
RBG Love: On the Basis of Sweat @ Compass Fitness (Wed, Feb. 13 6 pm): Show you and your fellow women some love and sweat it out for a good cause at Compass Fitness Denver. Sameside presents this workout in honor of our favorite Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, followed by advocacy for paid family leave and the FAMLI Act. $15
A Star (Pose) is Born @ Color Up Therapeutics (Sun, Feb. 17 10 am): Kady Lafferty aka Big Booty Yoga leads her famous themed yoga class around 2018 smash hit A Star is Born. Sob your way through the vinyasa as you reminisce about this heart-wrenching film and the many nominations it should have received. Mimosa to follow. $15
Free Day @ Epic Ryde SloHi (Sun, Feb. 17 all day): If you haven’t had a chance to visit Epic Ryde or perhaps haven’t made it to their new location, now’s your chance. bRUNch Club @ Denver Milk Market (Sun, Feb. 24 at 8:45 am): For #sundayrunday, enjoy a 5k run/walk/stroll followed by a free Tito’s vodka beverage. FitLo Passport: Buns + Guns @Compass Fitness (Tues, Feb 5 5pm): Join FitLo Denver at Compass Fitness for Buns and Guns with Tara M. Laferrara! This will be a strength based class, which combines heavy lifting with pilates/yoga-based small movements to target your booty and arms.
