FREE: SHEhikes (May 5 10 am): This free monthly event is designed to foster community and connection among a small group of women. Find more information about this mindful experience at the link.
DONATION-BASED: Palango! Summer Donation Series @ Palango! Fitness (Sundays): Check out the variety of donation-based classes offered here, including Fuerza, fitness and high intensity! Great way to get your Sunday cardio in.
FREE: Welcome to Lacuna: VIP Yoga and Juice Event @ Lacuna Juice & Yoga (May 10 5:30 pm): Help welcome this new juice bar to town with a free yoga class followed by juice tastings. Lacuna will have an abbreviated schedule and cafe hours in mid May with their official grand opening happening on June 1! Beginning June 1st, the studio and juice bar will be open daily from 7am-7pm. FREE: Open House Celebration @ Barre Code (May 11): Enjoy a free day at downtown’s barre studio. The Barre Code offers a lot of fun formats, from Burn to Brawl to HIIT, so be sure to take advantage of this day.
Denver Fitness Week (May 13-19): Once a year, enjoy a week of $10 classes at participating studios. A perfect time to try that new studio or class you’ve been eyeing. The Denver Fitness Week Kick-Off Party is $30. Studio classes throughout Denver Fitness Week are $10 each. Sunset Reset Series @ VERT Beauty (May 15 and every third Wednesday this summer): This restorative series includes outside yoga, live dj, meditation, cocktails and social hour for only $10. The perfect way to get through hump day!
FREE: FitLo Passport Event at Performance Ready Fitness Studio (May 18):Join FitLo for a full morning of fitness party fun! There will be a lineup of 3 unique classes: PReworkout Yoga, Cardio Mix + Booty School™. Classes are designed to be taken back to back – OR – you can choose one or two to attend. Local partners and vendors will be joining the party so you can enjoy lots of goodies, giveaways and prizes. Kids welcome!
FREE: Community Classes @ Pure Barre Stapleton (May 18 and May 19): Free weekend classes at Littleton’s Pure Barre. Check out their classic barre, empower, reform, or foundations classes.
